How can I track my shipping status?

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You will also be noticed of detail tracking information by login your TheMeery.com account and find the corresponding order to track the shipment.

Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service center via "Contact Us" for the latest update on your order status. We are more than happy to further assist you.


Can I refuse to pay tariff?

According to the customs laws, paying tariff is the obligation of the importer (buyer). If you refuse to pay tariff,

then your country's customs will not deliver the package to you. In this case, TheMeery.com will not be responsible for

any fees and cannot refund the order fee to you.

If you have already purchased customs insurance in TheMeery.com,

please contact customer service as soon as you sign for the package

with your tax vouchers to apply for compensation (note: since customs requirements vary from country to country, we only bear the tariff part, not including VAT, documents, etc.);

If you did not buy customs insurance, please bear all the taxes and fees,

because our price does not include customs insurance.


Failure to deliver goods, how is this resolved?

In the event of the courier failing to deliver the cargo to the designated shipping address during the scheduled time frame, after many delivery attempts at the consignee’s end due to ; and such goods having been returned to TheMeery.com’s sorting center; TheMeery.com will contact the customer for further proposition.

If the customer would still like to have the merchandise under situation that caused at your end, such as wrong shipping address or no receiver at home after several times of attempting delivery. TheMeery.com will be permitted to reship the goods to the customer, you will be required to charge with a certain amount of shipping fare for package reroute. The details, including reshipment tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer’s e-mail box as soon as TheMeery.com re-dispatched the goods from our warehouse. For situation that cause the fail of package delivery and induce the package been returned to the original base by no further contact or phone call the customer when attempting to deliver the goods from TheMeery.com, a full refund or free reshipping will be taken in hand.

If the customer no longer requires receiving such merchandise, considering that TheMeery.com did originally ship the cargo to the designated shipping address within the estimated shipping time, TheMeery.com shall offer you certain amount of refund based on the price of merchandise. Shipping fee is excluded to the refund.

If my package was lost, what would you do?

Please understand that TheMeery.com is unable to control the international shipment but to contact the courier for checking shipping status in different period.

For customer hasn’t received the package after 10 days of dispatching from TheMeery.com sorting center. It is acceptable for customer offer shipping claim via here for further checking on the shipment with the following criteria:

4. Request: refund or return

5. The answer to the following questions are required:

    A. If you have checked the package all around the house?

    B. If you inquired your relatives or neighbor for package receiving?

    C. If you ever contacted the shipping carrier?

TheMeery.com will offer reshipping service in the event of miss and wrongly shipping of accessories, a full refund on the item fare is offered in the event of stock of accessories are unavailable for reshipping.
