Refund and Return Policy
Return instructions:
1. Submit Return & Exchange application,click https://www.globalsmartbuy.com/index.php?route=account/return/add.
2. After receiving your application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail within 7 days, or the application will be closed automatically and unable to continue the return process.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.
5. Refund & exchange will be processed within 24h-7 working days once get the return package. (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded. Postage will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
Notes:
1.Return application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package.The request will be not accepted if the application exceeds 7 days.
2.Return address isn't the company address on TheMeery.com website. Our customer service will provide you with a return address and an RMA number after the return is authorized.
3. Products with custom-made, disposable, swimsuits, close-fitting lingerie, underwear, clearance items, pet supply, used, and damaged are unavailable for return. Electronic products such as drones and mobile phones and products with sealed packaging will not be returned once opened.
4.Products will not be returned if the anti-tamper security tag('NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED' tag) is damaged or removed.
5. Return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories and promotional gifts must be returned together.
6. After receiving the return address and RMA number, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue the return process. Please make sure to remark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel when returning. If the parcel is returned to another address or without an RMA number on the outside packaging, we cannot refund or exchange it.
7. Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive a return parcel for returning through other carriers, the buyer needs to undertake the loss.
8. Return and reship cost is on the buyer, freight collection isn't acceptable.The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
For how long you are going to refund to me?
TheMeery.com may offer you RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) for package return, then it may take 4-5 business days for your returning the goods to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 20business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 15 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I want to cancel my order
All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact us to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
How can I return a faulty item?
Before returning faulty goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having with the merchandise received. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem instead of asking customers to make returns.
If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return or exchange them under our 7 Days Return warranty.
You may follow the following steps to return the merchandise to TheMeery.com.
1. As long as we confirmed the product defects, our customer service representative will offer you a number for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and with authorized address for return. 2. The pertinent information will be filled in the table for package return from our customer service representative. We shall attach to the feedback email for your easy download. 3. Please print the table and enclose to the returning package. Please also note to scan the table down and submitted along with the returning tracking information to our customer service via "Contact Us" 4. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box. 5. We shall offer refund service within 2-3 business days as long as receiving the submitted scanned file and the tracking number for returning package. The related refund will not be proceeded until the acquiring of authorized RMA in the returning package. Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS which may cost much more.Other notes:
1. Since it is a manual measurement, the physical size may be slightly different from the size chart (Apparel Products: ±4cm for the bust, waist, and hip size, ±2 cm for the item length and the length of sleeves,and so on).
2. Due to the shooting light and the screen setting, the physical color may be slightly different from the picture online.
3. Please notice some products may have an odor, fading, spinning, and wrinkle due to the feature of the material, it is not a quality problem.
4. There may be a little stain in the production process of the product, which does not affect the use of the product.
5. It is possible that some clothing buttonholes do not open. Please cut it with scissors after it is received. Please do not cut the buttonhole beyond the border.
6. Accessories, colors, patterns, product details, and so on may be slightly different from the pictures online due to different production batches.
